To celebrate the end of summer and to welcome the beginning of fall, David and Teresa are leading their signature retreat, CONNECT, in beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho. Conveniently located 25 minutes from Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN) this charming and historical mountain town offers the best of the outdoors for nature lovers who seek new adventures or quiet relaxation. Nestled in the Sawtooth Mountains at an elevation of 5850 feet, Sun Valley basks in the sun-drenched high mountain desert climate, offering the perfect balance of warm summer days and cool nights.
Stay with us at Sun Valley Resort – first built in 1936 – which offers the iconic Sun Valley experience. Hotel accommodations are spacious and elegant, with the Lodge offering a 20,000 square foot luxury destination spa, world-class fitness center and yoga studio, and heated pool and hot tub. There are opportunities aplenty to reconnect: to self, to nature, and to whatever’s most important to you. Read a book, take a nap, practice yoga, relax by the pool, hang out with new friends, play tennis or pickleball, or just completely Zen out and indulge at the spa.

On the pinnacle of the fall equinox, we’ll find ourselves more connected, balanced, grounded, and ready to embark on a new and exciting chapter in life.
Example of daily schedule:
What’s included: Four nights’ accommodations, including high-speed wireless internet, 24-hour access to the fitness center, three outdoor pools and hot tub. Free local shuttle and transportation to and from Friedman Memorial Airport in Hailey, Idaho. Self-parking and valet parking are included for guests arriving by car. The entire property is 100% non-smoking and all rooms are air-conditioned.
Three full days of programming: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Twice daily movement and meditation sessions. Optional daily hike. Daily breakfast and lunch are provided, as well as food and drink at a welcome event on Wednesday evening, September 18, and a farewell dinner on Saturday, September 21. The retreat will end after breakfast on Sunday, September 22.
What’s not included: Optional on-site activities such as tennis, pickleball, golf, horseback riding, mountain biking, and spa treatments (though we are happy to assist with planning prior to your arrival).
Dinner on Thursday and Friday evenings. Sun Valley Resort offers an impressive range of restaurants with elevated food offerings from craft cocktails to an evening of fine dining and everything in between. If you decide to venture into nearby Ketchum – by foot or free shuttle transportation – for a meal, you will have a wide range of dining options to explore.
Lodge Premier King: King-sized bed and spa-like bathroom with a spacious dressing area and closet, granite floors and walls, walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. Other amenities include HDTV, in-room coffee and beverage area, a safe, refrigerator, free high-speed wireless internet, and charging docks and outlets. This room is perfect for a couple to share, or for a solo traveler.
Lodge Suite with Two Queens: The Lodge Suite provides spacious accommodations with two queen beds and adjoining sitting area. Some of these suites have a fireplace that joins the bedroom and sitting area. This suite offers a luxury spa-like bathroom, complete with large walk-in shower, soaking tub, golden granite walls and flooring, and double-sink vanity. Other amenities include two HDTVs, in-room coffee and beverage area, a safe, refrigerator, free high-speed wireless internet, and charging docks and outlets. This room is ideal for two friends sharing the retreat experience.
Single Occupancy: $3750
Double Occupancy: $3250 per person ($6500 total per room)

Booking is not considered complete until the deposit is paid.
A deposit of $2000.00 USD (included in total cost) per person is required to hold your space. Payment must be made in full by September 1, 2024.
If cancellation takes place prior to August 17, 2024, any payments made will be refunded in full. If cancellation takes place between August 17 and September 1, 2024, the full deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation takes place after final payment is made, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable after September 1, 2024.
Participants are responsible to be adequately insured, therefore Traveler’s Insurance is strongly recommended. We are not to be held responsible for changes beyond our control. There are no refunds due to flight cancellations or changes, political unrest, or bad weather. By submitting payment toward the retreat, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
