Approach
David’s approach is to evaluate your posture, joint position and body mechanics from head to toe. He quickly and methodically identifies your particular muscular imbalances, weakness, misalignments and movement dysfunctions, and pinpoints the underlying causes of any current pain or physical limitation. He then creates a routine of personalized corrective exercises, completely specific to the individual, designed to restore full body alignment, muscle balance and joint function.
Since we are physical AND emotional beings and you can’t separate the mind from the body, David also works with many people to identify and clear any emotional blockages and pain that may be standing in their way of healing, or keeping them from complete emotional and physical health.
