Comprehensive In-Person or Video Conference Evaluation – This complete evaluation takes 45-90 minutes and includes a review of pertinent medical history and past injuries, current emotional state, and overall health goals. This is followed by a complete and thorough posture and gait analysis, a functional assessment of all your muscles and joints, and an individualized set of exercises to address the issues discovered. David will take you through the exercises to help you with form, and to make sure your body is noticeably improved by the end of the session. This session is imperative for anyone experiencing a lot of pain or has multiple issues to address.
Online or Remote Therapy: Send David your posture pictures and an email of your history and goals, or David can take a quick look at you via video conference. Either way, David can do a remote assessment of you and your issues and email you a detailed and easy-to-follow plan to address them. This option is recommended for anyone who wants a quick and effective assessment and is confident doing the exercises on their own. This is often the preferred option for most people once they’ve done the initial comprehensive evaluation.
